SaaS MVP for Vitalo
From Figma prototype to paying customers: auth, billing, core workflow and admin in eight weeks. A case study by Alex Morgan, Senior Full-Stack Developer.
Challenge
The founders of Vitalo, a fitness tracking app, had validated the idea with a prototype and a waitlist of 400 people, but no product. They needed something real enough to charge for before their next fundraising conversations.
Solution
I scoped a focused MVP around the one workflow users valued most, built it with Next.js, Supabase and Stripe, and added an admin view so the founders could onboard customers themselves.
