Is Taskora free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, posting jobs, sending up to 10 proposals a month, messaging and using milestone escrow are free. Freelancers pay a 10% service fee on payments that are released to them; clients pay no marketplace fee on contracts.
What does the service fee cover?
The 10% fee pays for escrow handling, payment processing, dispute mediation, profile verification and moderation. It is taken only when money is released for approved work — never on proposals, invitations or cancelled contracts.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated; if you downgrade, you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
What happens to unused proposals?
Proposal allowances reset on the first day of each billing month and do not roll over. Withdrawing a proposal within 24 hours of sending it returns the credit to your balance.
Does Business include Pro features for our team?
Business is built for hiring: seats, shortlists, interview stages, company profile and spending analytics. Freelancers on your team who also sell services on Taskora need their own Pro plan.
Why can’t I buy a plan right now?
Taskora is a demo product by AdScaled and has no payment provider connected. Plans are shown exactly as they would work, but checkout is disabled and no card is ever charged.
