Mailchimp to Klaviyo migration for Harvest Table

Challenge
Harvest Table, a restaurant group, had outgrown Mailchimp but feared losing data and reputation in a migration.
Solution
I migrated subscribers with consent data, rebuilt flows and templates in Klaviyo, warmed up the new sending domain and ran both platforms in parallel for a week.
