Challenge
Fielddesk, a field service software company, sold in several currencies and had no reliable way to account for exchange differences or sales tax obligations.
Solution
I set up multi-currency accounting, mapped sales tax by jurisdiction, connected the payment processor correctly and documented a monthly process.
