Challenge
Longform Weekly, an independent magazine, had good ideas but long, meandering videos. Average view duration was 31% and growth had flattened.
Solution
I restructured videos around a strong hook and clear chapters, tightened pacing, added sound design and B-roll, and cut three Shorts from every long video.
