Challenge
Inspectors at Baywater Homes, a residential developer, filled in paper forms on site and retyped them in the office. Photos went missing and reports took days.
Solution
I built an offline-first app with dynamic checklists, photo capture with annotations, signatures and background sync with conflict resolution. Reports generate as PDFs automatically.
