Challenge
Juniper Goods, a homeware brand, delivered training plans as PDFs and WhatsApp messages. Coaches could not see whether clients trained, and renewals were low.
Solution
I built a React Native app with personalised plans, offline workout videos, progress tracking, coach chat and in-app subscriptions, plus a lightweight coach dashboard.
