Challenge
Vitalo, a fitness tracking app, had no designer on the team and knew its product felt clunky, but did not know where to start.
Solution
I ran a heuristic evaluation, reviewed analytics and recordings, and delivered a prioritised list of 30 improvements with redesigned screens for the ten quickest, highest-impact fixes.
