Challenge
Baywater Homes, a residential developer, was entering a competition for a public library and needed images that told the design story to a jury reviewing 60 entries.
Solution
I created three atmospheric views — street approach, reading room and evening facade — with careful composition, people and seasonal light to make the idea immediately understandable.
