Challenge
Longform Weekly, an independent magazine, failed Core Web Vitals on 80% of URLs, mostly because of ads, fonts and unoptimised images shifting the layout.
Solution
I diagnosed each template with field and lab data, wrote concrete tickets for the development team, and verified the fixes in field data over the following month.
