Challenge
Fielddesk, a field service software company, had six designers producing inconsistent screens from three outdated UI kits. Developers rebuilt the same components again and again.
Solution
I audited the product, defined design tokens, built a component library with variants and documentation, and set up a contribution and governance process so the system keeps evolving.
