Challenge
Baywater Homes, a residential developer, was selling apartments off-plan. Buyers found floor plans abstract and existing renders felt cold and artificial.
Solution
I created interior renders with natural daylight, lived-in styling and accurate materials, plus a short walkthrough animation used on the sales website.
