Challenge
Crumb & Co., an artisan bakery chain, took bookings by phone and email. Staff spent hours a day on back-and-forth, and double bookings happened every week.
Solution
I built a four-step booking flow with live availability from their scheduling API, deposit payment, confirmation emails with calendar files, and a simple way to reschedule without calling.
