Challenge
Vaultline, a digital bank for freelancers, had two near-miss invoice fraud attempts in one quarter and no email authentication records set up.
Solution
I configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC with enforcement, hardened Microsoft 365, ran three rounds of phishing simulations and delivered short, practical training sessions.
