Wordmark for Paycrest
A custom wordmark and app icon for a software startup ahead of launch. A case study by Julia Nowak, Logo & Visual Identity Designer.
Challenge
Paycrest, a payments startup, had a placeholder logo typed in a default font and needed something ownable before its public launch.
Solution
I drew a custom wordmark with distinctive letterforms, a compact symbol for the app icon and favicon, and tested legibility from 16 pixels to billboard size.
