Lottie onboarding animations for Nimbus Audio
Lightweight Lottie animations that bring an app’s onboarding to life. A case study by Kenji Watanabe, Motion Designer (After Effects & Lottie).
Challenge
Nimbus Audio, a headphone brand, used static illustrations in onboarding and wanted motion without bloating the app.
Solution
I animated the onboarding illustrations as Lottie files with a strict 50 KB budget, tested them on low-end devices and documented how developers should trigger them.
