Challenge
Stackmint, a project management SaaS, hired people in six countries using a mix of downloaded templates, and IP assignment was missing from several contracts.
Solution
I drafted a consistent set of contractor and employment templates with country-specific annexes, clear IP assignment and confidentiality clauses, and fixed the gaps in existing contracts.
