Shopify Plus theme rebuild for Kettle & Crate

Challenge
Kettle & Crate, a meal-kit subscription, ran a five-year-old theme patched by several agencies. Merchandisers needed a developer for every homepage change, and the store scored 28 on mobile Lighthouse.
Solution
I rebuilt the theme on Online Store 2.0 with 30 flexible sections, native filtering, a faster product page and a cart drawer with upsells, removing seven apps in the process.
