Challenge
Fernhill Supply, an outdoor clothing brand, had accumulated 34 apps and third-party scripts. The store felt sluggish and mobile conversion was falling.
Solution
I audited every app and script, replaced six apps with lightweight theme code, deferred non-critical scripts and optimised images and fonts.
