Challenge
Oakhaus, a solid-wood furniture brand, sold subscriptions through an app with a clunky, fixed box. Customers cancelled rather than change their order.
Solution
I built a custom box builder on Shopify with Recharge, letting customers choose products, skip or swap deliveries and change frequency in a clean customer portal.
