Inventory sync engine for Tallow & Twine

Challenge
Tallow & Twine, a home fragrance brand, oversold popular products several times a week because stock levels synced only every six hours between their warehouse and sales channels.
Solution
I built a sync engine that listens to warehouse events, reserves stock at order time and pushes updates to every channel within seconds, with reconciliation jobs that catch any drift overnight.
