Challenge
Customers of Quantora, a product analytics startup, kept reporting missing webhooks. Delivery was fire-and-forget from the main app, with no retries or visibility.
Solution
I moved webhook delivery to a dedicated queue-backed worker with exponential retries, HMAC signatures, per-endpoint circuit breakers and a delivery log customers can search and replay from.
