Strategy offsite for Lendwell

Challenge
The leadership team of Lendwell, an SME lending platform, disagreed on priorities for the next year, and planning meetings kept going in circles.
Solution
I interviewed each leader beforehand, designed a two-day agenda, facilitated the sessions and wrote the one-page strategy and quarterly priorities that came out of it.
