Client onboarding workflow for Carewise

Challenge
Carewise, a telehealth provider, onboarded every client with a 27-step checklist done by hand. Steps were missed and new clients waited a week for access.
Solution
I built an n8n workflow triggered by a signed contract: it creates folders and projects, sends a welcome sequence, collects documents, provisions accounts and books the kickoff call.
