WooCommerce speed optimisation for Stridewell

Challenge
Stridewell, a running shoe retailer, had a WooCommerce store taking eight seconds to load product pages. Mobile conversion was half of desktop.
Solution
I profiled the store, removed unused plugins, fixed slow database queries, set up object caching and a CDN, and optimised images, while leaving the design untouched.
