Platform migration programme for Vaultline
Coordinated a six-team migration to a new platform with no customer-facing downtime. A case study by Sarah Kim, Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum).
Challenge
Vaultline, a digital bank for freelancers, needed to move off a legacy platform before its support contract ended, involving six teams and dozens of dependencies.
Solution
I set up a programme structure with workstreams, a dependency map, fortnightly planning and a clear go/no-go process for each migration wave.
