Project rescue for Lendwell

Challenge
Lendwell, an SME lending platform, was three months late on a platform rebuild with an agency. Status meetings were tense and nobody knew what was actually left.
Solution
I rebuilt the plan from scratch with both teams, cut scope to a realistic launch version, introduced weekly demos and a shared risk log, and managed daily coordination until launch.
