Scrum setup for Classcraft Education

Challenge
Classcraft Education, a school software company, had a talented team but no process. Priorities changed daily and releases were unpredictable.
Solution
I introduced two-week sprints, a groomed backlog, simple estimation and useful retrospectives, and coached the product owner until the team could run it alone.
