Vendor coordination for Atlas Advisory
Managed three vendors delivering a new website, CRM and brand at the same time. A case study by Sarah Kim, Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum).
Challenge
Atlas Advisory, an M&A advisory boutique, hired three vendors for related projects, and each blamed the others for delays.
Solution
I created a single integrated plan, ran joint weekly check-ins, clarified responsibilities in a RACI and managed acceptance testing across all deliverables.
