Technical SEO audit for Docklet

Challenge
Docklet, a document automation tool, had 180,000 URLs but only 40% were indexed. New pages took weeks to appear in Google, and organic growth had stalled for a year.
Solution
I analysed server logs, rendering and internal linking, then delivered a prioritised roadmap: server-side rendering for key templates, faceted-navigation rules, sitemap clean-up and internal-link modules.
