Data import pipeline for Shiftly

Challenge
New customers of Shiftly, a workforce scheduling app, had to send their data to support for manual import. Onboarding took two weeks and imports often failed on bad dates or duplicates.
Solution
I built a self-serve importer: upload, automatic column mapping, row-level validation with clear error messages, preview, and background processing that handles files with 200,000 rows.
