Internal operations dashboard for Tallow & Twine
One internal tool replacing six spreadsheets for orders, refunds and customer notes. A case study by Viktor Petrenko, Full-Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue).
Challenge
The operations team at Tallow & Twine, a home fragrance brand, worked across six shared spreadsheets and three admin panels. Mistakes in refunds and duplicate customer contacts were common.
Solution
I built an internal dashboard with role-based access, a unified customer timeline, bulk actions with undo and an audit log. It reads from the production database and writes through the same API as the customer app.
