SaaS MVP for Medlinea
From Figma prototype to paying customers: auth, billing, core workflow and admin in eight weeks. A case study by Viktor Petrenko, Full-Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue).
Challenge
The founders of Medlinea, a network of physiotherapy clinics, had validated the idea with a prototype and a waitlist of 400 people, but no product. They needed something real enough to charge for before their next fundraising conversations.
Solution
I scoped a focused MVP around the one workflow users valued most, built it with Next.js, Supabase and Stripe, and added an admin view so the founders could onboard customers themselves.
