Subscription billing for Brewline
Self-serve plans, upgrades, trials and invoices with Stripe Billing, integrated end to end. A case study by Viktor Petrenko, Full-Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue).
Challenge
Brewline, a coffee equipment store, invoiced every customer by hand. Upgrades required a call with sales, and failed payments were noticed weeks late.
Solution
I integrated Stripe Billing with plans, trials, prorated upgrades, customer portal and dunning emails. Webhooks keep entitlements in sync, and finance gets a clean monthly revenue export.
