WooCommerce to Shopify migration for Brewline

Challenge
Brewline, a coffee equipment store, spent more on WooCommerce maintenance than on marketing, and outages during sales were costing them revenue.
Solution
I migrated products, customers, order history and reviews to Shopify, rebuilt the design as a custom theme, set up 3,400 redirects and launched over a weekend.
