Bookkeeper for monthly close in Xero (roastery + two cafés)

We run a coffee roastery, two cafés and an online subscription business, all in one Xero file with tracking categories. Our bookkeeper is retiring and we need someone to take over the monthly close.
Monthly tasks:
• Reconcile bank, card and Stripe/Shopify payouts
• Categorise café POS and subscription revenue correctly
• Prepare a short management report
• Work with our accountant on BAS
Experience with Australian GST is required.
