Our engineering team wants to publish more about how we build NovaTech — for hiring and for credibility with technical buyers. Engineers have great stories but no time to write them up.
Scope:
• Interview four engineers about recent projects (ledger design, SOC 2, our design system, on-call)
• Turn each interview into a 1,500–2,500 word article, with diagrams described for our designer
• A simple editorial calendar for the next six months
You should be comfortable interviewing engineers and turning technical detail into readable stories.
