Node.js backend and admin panel for a sleep app

Tidewell (iOS app, in development) needs a small backend: user accounts, syncing sleep diaries across devices, subscription status from App Store server notifications, and an admin panel where I can publish new routines and soundscapes.
Scope:
• Node.js API with authentication and diary sync
• App Store Server Notifications and receipt validation
• Simple Next.js admin for routines, audio files and users
• Deployment with backups and monitoring
I would love someone who can also advise on what not to build yet.
