Node.js engineer: ingestion API for connected medical devices

We receive readings from 12,000 connected devices through three vendor clouds, each with its own webhook format and quirks. We want a single, reliable ingestion service in front of our clinical database.
You will:
• Build a Node.js/TypeScript service that normalises vendor payloads
• Handle retries, duplicates and out-of-order readings
• Store raw and normalised data with an audit trail
• Add monitoring and alerts for silent devices
You need:
• Production Node.js and PostgreSQL experience
• Experience with webhook-heavy integrations
• Comfort working under HIPAA constraints (BAA required)
